Last week, my friend and I organized a surprise playdate for Noah and her son at Fidgets. The kids played at the playgym and then took a cooking class.

Noah had a blast. Parents were not allowed in the teaching kitchen but Noah was so into it that he never looked up at me when I peeked in to check up on him. The class was an hour and a half long and they made mini-quiches. Since then, he has asked me over and over if he can go back to make pineapple tarts and the other classes they offer.
