December 4: Portrait of a visitor: these past few days, Eila and Louis, my friends and loyal twitter followers came to visit.
December 4: After visiting the Quays, we had lunch at Indochine and guess what I got to eat? SHRIMP.
December 4: After lunch I got to try some funky sunglasses.
December 4: We then went to the top of the Marina Bay Sands hotel (aka the boat).
December 4: I got very giddy up there playing with my Maman.
December 4: I still love the Boooooo game. Just after this picture was taken, it started pouring and we ran for cover (notice the dark clouds behind us).
December 4: That night, we went out for yummy Indian food.
December 4: I don't know if you all noticed but I chipped one of my front teeth. Luckily it's only a baby tooth.
December 5: I have been told it is Xmas but it does not feel like it. Last year it was cold and snowy... this year... well...
December 5: After shopping on Orchard Rd, we went to the Orchid Garden. I never get tired of these gorgeous flowers.
December 5: That feels strange. What's that?
December 5: Like I do at every visit, I gave a kiss to my friend the cat.
December 5: Eila and I found some pretty flowers that had fallen on the ground.
December 5: After lunch in the midst of the lush vegetation, we headed to the zoo (well not before inspecting a huge banana tree).
December 5: That night, we had dinner by the sea. I was pooped and slept marsupial-like on my dada. That is, until the food came and then of course, I woke up.
December 5: The next day, my parents bought me some new shoes. A bit big perhaps?
December 5: Wait wait, I want to be in the picture. Mmmm all-you-can-eat brunch at the top of the world (and I even eat for free... if only they knew how much I can eat).
December 5: Dada, mama and I in front of the gingerbread house.
December 9: Mam: Your hands are dirty, go wash them. Me: lick dirty hands (knowing that mam does not approve of licking dirty hands). Terrible 2s... ha!
December 9: I never saw the appeal of sand till today. I love playing in it, showering myself with it, making and destroying sand castles.
December 9: I can swing on a big boy swing now! Weeeeeee
December 10: I turned 17 months today! Hooray!
December 10: To celebrate, I went to the live turtle museum and got to feed, play with and kiss many turtles...
December 10: and play with my friend Audrey in the turtle cage. Audrey is my French friend from next door. We have a lot of fun together.
December 11: Today we went to "family day" in our building complex, dancing and balloons and singing and FOOOD, and even a lottery...
December 11: AND I WON! 1st place (for our neighbors but I was holding the ticket) & 7th place for us. A TV for the neighbors and fancy hot plate for me.
December 11: Maybe I inherited a little luck from uncle Charles...
December 11: Also, I saw my first rainbow today. It was a small one right in front of us. I tried to run to get the pot of gold but did not find it.
December 17: I am off to Bali with my parents and grandparents. Happy holidays everyone and see you in 10 days (or maybe earlier).
December 17: The plane is late... Again. Luckily there are many fun things to do at Changi airport.
December 27: Back in Singapore. I had a great time out in Bali. Pics and info to come.
December 30: Happy birthday to my maman and dada.
